The WorldHotels AG network includes more than 350 of the world’s leading independent luxury hotels. For WorldHotels AG, we are responsible for the conception and implementation of trade fair appearances at ITB Berlin, IMEX Frankfurt, EIBMT Barcelona, ILTM Cannes and MEETING SHOW London. The extraordinary and exclusive touch of WorldHotels AG should be visible from afar for trade fair visitors. In addition, the existing partner hotels should better identify with the external presentation of WorldHotels AG. The top goal, however, was to attract new high-profile franchise partners through the trade fair appearances.

Immerse yourself in the world of luxury hotels
On a relatively small stand area of about 100 square meters for this ambitious project, we have vividly staged the luxury and feel-good factor of the hand-picked partners of WorldHotels AG. The stand visitors immersed themselves in the exclusive world of the luxury hotel industry and immediately felt that a partnership with WorldHotels AG is something very special. A real highlight were, for example, the 4.5 meter high slat room dividers, which symbolized the latitudes of worldwide cooperation.
The trade fair concept was so well received that it was awarded the Best Exhibitor Award by the ITB Berlin.
The result
Increase in sales results by 160%
Even before the conclusion of the first trade fair event at the ITB in Berlin, WorldHotels AG was able to conclude several new franchise contracts. With each trade fair, the number of partner hotels continued to increase, so that sales results could be increased by 160%. Due to the great success, WorldHotels AG concluded a multi-year contract with the Gesink trade fair and advertising agency.
